GAMCO Westwood Funds currently consist of six portfolios, each with multiple classes of shares :
 
GAMCO Westwood Balanced Fund
seeks to realize both capital appreciation and current income resulting in a high total investment return consistent with prudent investment risk and a balanced investment approach. Income dividends are paid quarterly. Established 10/1/91.

GAMCO Westwood Equity Fund
seeks primarily to provide investors with capital appreciation. Income is a secondary goal. Established 10/1/91.

GAMCO Westwood SmallCap Equity Fund
seeks primarily to provide investors with capital appreciation through investing at least 80% of its assets in smaller unseasoned companies (market cap of between 100 million and 2.5 billion). Income is a secondary goal. Established 4/15/97.

GAMCO Westwood Income Fund
seeks to provide a high level of current income as well as long-term capital appreciation. The Fund invests primarily in income producing equity and fixed income securities. Established 4/15/97.

GAMCO Westwood Intermediate Bond Fund
seeks to maximize total return, while maintaining a level of current income consistent with maintenance of principal and liquidity. Income is accrued daily and paid monthly. Established 10/1/91.

GAMCO Westwood Mighty Mites Fund
seeks long-term capital appreciation as its primary goal. The Fund seeks to invest primarily in micro cap equity securities that have market capitalizations of $300 million or less. Established 05/11/98.

The Fund's share price will fluctuate with changes in the market value of the Fund's portfolio securities. Stocks are subject to market, economic and business risks that cause their prices to fluctuate. When you sell Fund shares, they may be worth less than what you paid for them.
