Rosemarie Morbelli joined Gabelli & Company in February 2011 as a research analyst responsible for the specialty chemical
industry. Ms. Morbelli spent nearly 30 years with Ingalls & Snyder, where she was named "Best on the Street" and the "Best of the
Boutique and Regionals" by Institutional Investor. She is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and has served as
the President and Treasurer of the Chemical Specialists Group. Rosemarie is a graduate of the University of Grenoble, France with
a Bachelor Degree in Natural Sciences.

Damian Witkowski joined Gabelli & Co. in 2007 as a research analyst covering non-alcoholic beverage companies. He began his
career at GE Capital evaluating and executing early to mid-stage private equity transactions. Following GE Capital, Damian spent 5
years working for INVESCO Private Capital as a Portfolio Manager co-managing a $1.5 billion portfolio of private investments.
Prior to joining Gabelli & Co., he worked on analyzing and selecting public securities for the Lynch Foundation. Damian graduated
with Honors from University of Connecticut with a B.S. degree in Finance.

James Foung joined the firm in 1993 as a research analyst covering companies in the capital good and aerospace sectors, focusing on

conferences for the firm: the Pump, Valve and Motor Symposium, and the Aircraft Supplier Conference. Jim is a Chartered Financial Analyst; he graduated with honors from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in Economics and received a M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Brett Harriss joined Gabelli & Company as a research analyst in 2008 covering Media and Entertainment. Previously, he worked as a

Barry Lucas joined Gabelli in 2003 as a senior analyst focusing on publishing and broadcasting, industries he has been following for
more than 20 years. Mr. Lucas had been Managing Director and senior media analyst at Neuberger Berman Inc. since 1993. He was a
limited partner and media analyst at First Manhattan Co., from 1987 to 1993. Mr. Lucas attended the Graduate School of Business
Administration at New York University and holds MA and BA degrees from City College of New York. He belongs to the Media Analysts

Hendi Susanto joined Gabelli & Company in 2007 as a research analyst covering the technology sector focusing on organic LED, LED,
hardware, enterprise software, semiconductor, and mobile devices. Hendi spent his early career in supply chain management consulting
and operations in the technology industry. He has a B.S. summa cum laude in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota,
an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from MIT with a minor in Quantitative Finance from MIT Sloan, and an M.B.A. in Finance from the
Sergey Dluzhevskiy joined the firm in 2005 as a research analyst responsible for the North American telecommunications industry.
Sergey began his business career as a Certified Public Accountant with Deloitte & Touche LLP in Cleveland. He later worked at Loomis
Sayles & Company as an Equity Research Analyst. Sergey graduated summa cum laude from Case Western Reserve University with a
Bachelor of Science in Accounting and received an MBA with honors with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from The Wharton
School at University of Pennsylvania.

Evan Miller joined the firm in 2002 as specialist in global telecommunications and heads Gabelli's London Office. Prior to joining
Gabelli, Evan was the Vice President of Business Development for Viatel. From 1990-1998, he was the senior European telecommunications
research analyst with Lehman Brothers and Credit Suisse First Boston in London. From 1979-1990, Mr. Miller held management roles in the
telecommunications industry on both sides of the Atlantic with Pacific Bell, Sprint and British Telecom. Mr. Miller holds an MBA from
the University of Chicago, BA in Economics from Northwestern University.
Timothy Winter, CFA
Mr. Winter, a Chartered Financial Analyst, joined Gabelli & Company in April of 2009 and covers the utility industry. He has over 17 years experience as an equity research analyst covering the utility industry, including the years 1992-2007 at AG Edwards from where he received industry recognition as a 3 time Wall Street Journal All-Star and was a senior member of the Institutional Investor (I.I.) #1 ranked Electric Utility Team for the years 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005. In 2007, he co-founded SM Research an institutional research platform and also served as a utility equity analyst at Jessup and Lamont. Mr. Winter received his MBA (concentration finance) from Notre Dame in 1992 and his BA (economics) from Rollins College in 1991.
