The Comstock Funds announced the distribution from net investment income for the Comstock Strategy
Fund. The dividend is payable on March 29, 2004 to shareholders of record on March 26, 2004.
The ex-dividend, payment and reinvestment date is March 29, 2004. Future distributions in 2004
will be made quarterly in June, September and December rather than monthly.
