The Board of Directors of The Gabelli Global Multimedia Trust Inc. (NYSE - GGT) has authorized the
declaration of a $3.12 per share distribution payable on December 27, 1999 to Common Shareholders
of record on December 17, 1999.
The final determination of the percentage of long-term capital gains for this distribution will be
made after year-end. All shareholders will receive written notification regarding the components
and tax treatment of all 1999 distributions in early 2000 via Form 1099-DIV.
The Gabelli Global Multimedia Trust Inc. is a closed-end, non-diversified management investment
company with $250 million in total assets whose primary investment objective is long-term growth
of capital.
