GAMCO Investors, Inc. (NYSE: GBL) today named David J. Siino, CFA as Associate Portfolio Manager
of the Gabelli Dividend & Income Trust. He will report to Barbara G. Marcin who has been a
portfolio manager of this team-managed Fund since its inception on November 28, 2003.
The Gabelli Dividend & Income Trust is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment
company. The Trust's investment object is to seek a high level of total return with an emphasis
on dividends and income.
Commenting on his appointment, Barbara Marcin said, "David's experience covering the automotive
and the financial sectors makes him a valuable addition to help our team find companies that are
suitable to the objectives of the Gabelli Dividend and Income Trust."
Mr. Siino joined Gabelli in 1999 while attending the Bernard Baruch College where he received
his MBA. Mr. Siino began his career as an Assistant Research Director at Barron's. Mr. Siino
graduated cum laude with a BA in English from Hofstra University.
