What is E-Delivery? |

Electronic Delivery is a convenient alternative to receiving paper documents by mail. When a document is ready,
you will receive an e-mail alerting you that your document is available for online viewing.

Please note that your e-delivery consent will not go into effect until the end of the quarter in which you consent.
Direct shareholders of our open-end funds can elect to electronically receive:
