CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER - HEDGE FUND
Develop and maintain compliance program in compliance with federal and state securities laws and regulations.
Prepare ADV and Form PF filings.
Implement and update compliance policies and procedures.
Participate in weekly Compliance Committee meetings.
Keep abreast of legal and regulatory developments and compliance best practices.
Review marketing materials and fund fact sheets.
Review contracts, prime brokerage documentation and solicitation agreements.
J.D. degree required.
7+ years compliance experience with a corporate legal department, law firm or hedge fund.
Strong understanding of hedge fund compliance issues and reporting requirements.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with executive leadership and other members of the legal
and compliance team.

Compile and review quarterly, semiannual, and annual reports.

Compilation of materials included in the quarterly board books.
Bachelor's degree preferably in accounting or finance.
2+ years relevant experience.
