The role of the investment consultant as adviser, educator and advocate to
institutional plan sponsors is well established. Recognizing the importance of
this critical function to both our existing and prospective clients, GAMCO has
strengthened its commitment to the institutional marketplace and the consultant
community. The goal is to better serve the needs of investment consultants and
