The historical performance of Class AAA Shares is used to calculate performance for Class A, B, C and I Shares prior to their issuance. Class A, Class B and Class C Shares all commenced operations on December 31, 2003. Class I Shares were offered to the public on June 30, 2004.

The fund typically invests in 40-60 companies. By concentrating in a small number of investments, the Fund's risks are increased because each investment has a greater effect in the Fund's performance than a Fund which is more broadly diversified. The Gabelli Blue Chip Value Fund changed its name to The Gabelli Dividend Growth Fund effective November 1, 2011.
