The past performance noted does not guarantee future results. Total returns and average annual returns reflect changes in share price, reinvested dividends and capital gains and are net of expenses. Due to market volatility, current performance may be lower or higher than the figures shown. Investment results and the principal value of an investment will fluctuate. When shares are redeemed, they may be worth more or less than their original cost.
The historical performance of Class AAA Shares is used
to calculate performance for Class A, B, and C Shares prior to their issuance. Class A Shares were issued on June 15, 2000; Class B Shares were issued on June 6, 2001; and Class C Shares were issued on August 3, 2001. The actual performance for Class C Shares would have been lower due to the additional expenses associated with these classes of shares. If expenses had not been limited to 1.5% of net assets, returns would have been lower. Effective October 1, 2005, the expense limit is no longer in effect.
The stocks of smaller companies may trade less frequently and experience more abrupt price movements than stocks of larger companies, therefore, investing in this sector involves special challenges. Investing in micro capitalization stocks may involve greater risk than investing in small, medium and large capitalization stocks, since they can be subject to more abrupt or erratic movements in price. The Westwood Mighty Mites sm Fund may invest in relatively new or unseasoned companies, which are in their early stages of development, or micro cap companies positioned in new and emerging industries. Micro-cap companies may be illiquid. Securities of micro-cap and unseasoned companies present greater risks than securities of larger, more established companies.
The Fund's share price will fluctuate with changes in the market value of the Fund's portfolio securities.
Stocks are subject to market, economic and business risks that cause their prices to fluctuate. When you
sell Fund shares, they may be worth less than what you paid for them. Consequently, you can lose
money by investing in the Fund.
