Portfolio Management

The TETON Westwood Equity Fund is managed by an investment team composed of Portfolio Managers employed by the Sub-Adviser, Westwood Holdings Group, Inc (NYSE: WHG). Westwood Holdings Group, Inc. is a publicly held institutional asset management firm with approximately $13 billion in assets under management. Westwood serves a variety of institutional clients and also serves as a sub-advisor to three portfolios of TETON Westwood Funds. Westwood believes that team management creates a sense of ownership, accountability, and consistency in the investment process at all levels. The Equity portfolio team is comprised of several of their talented investment professionals whose experience best suits the needs of the portfolio. The Equity team consists of Mark R.
