Susan M. Byrne is Founder, Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of Westwood Holdings
Group, Inc. (NYSE: WHG), a publicly held institutional asset management firm with
approximately $5 billion in assets under management. Westwood serves a variety of
institutional clients and also serves as a sub-advisor to five portfolios of GAMCO Westwood Funds.
Ms. Byrne is a former board member of UTIMCO, a private, non-profit company that
manages approximately $19 billion in public funds, and a former Board member of
the City of Dallas Employees Retirement Fund.
She has over thirty-five years of Wall Street portfolio management and plan sponsor
experience.
