Portfolio Managers employed by the Adviser.
Mr. Mario J. Gabelli, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment
Officer-Value Portfolios of the Adviser since its organization. He is the team
member with principal responsibility for the Global Telecommunications Fund.
