  • The Gabelli Small Cap Growth Fund    ★★★★★
    Invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of companies that are considered to be small companies at the time the Fund makes its investment. The Fund invests primarily in the common stocks of companies which the Fund's investment adviser believes are likely to have rapid growth in revenues and above average rates of earnings growth. The Fund's primary objective is capital appreciation.

  • The Gabelli Focus Five Fund    ★★★
    The Gabelli Focus Five Fund is a non-diversified, registered investment company, the Fund will invest up to approximately 50% of its net assets in five companies with the remaining new assets to be invested across ten to twenty other companies or in short-term high grade investments or cash and cash equivalents. The Fund's Advisor will consider for purchase companies that trade at a discount to their Private Market Value (PMV) at the time of investment. PMV is the price that the Fund's portfolio managers believe an informed buyer would pay to acquire a company's entire business.

    The portfolio managers utilize a sell discipline pursuant to which it will:

    • Sell a position when they trade near or above PMV.
    • Sell a position if a catalyst fails to materialize as anticipated

  • The Gabelli ABC Fund    ★★★★
    Invests in securities the investment advisor believes provide attractive opportunities for appreciation or investment income. The Fund's primary objective is to achieve total returns that are attractive to investors in various market conditions without excessive risk of capital loss.

  • The GAMCO Global Telecommunications Fund    ★★★★
    Under normal market conditions, the Fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in common stocks of companies in the telecommunications industry which the Adviser believes are likely to have rapid growth in revenues and earnings and potential for above average capital appreciation or are undervalued. The Fund invests primarily in common stocks of foreign and domestic small capitalization, mid-capitalization and large capitalization issuers. The Fund may invest without limitation in securities of foreign issuers and will invest in securities of issuers located in at least three countries. In selecting investments, the Adviser also considers the market price of the issuer's securities, its balance sheet characteristics and the perceived strength of its management.

    Invests primarily in common stocks of foreign and domestic issuers that the Fund's portfolio management team believes are likely to produce income and have the potential for above average capital appreciation. The Fund may also invest in convertible securities, which include bonds, debentured, corporate notes, preferred stocks, and other similar securities which are convertible or exchangeable for common stock within a particular time period at a specified price or formula, of foreign and domestic companies.

    Under normal market conditions, the SmallCap Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in a portfolio of common stocks of smaller companies. These smaller companies have a market capitalization (defined as shares outstanding times current market price) of between $100 million and $2.5 billion at the time of the SmallCap Fund's initial investment.

Under normal conditions, portfolio maturity will be between 3 and 10 years.
