Objective

The TETON Convertible Securities Fund seeks to provide both current income and capital appreciation by investing primarily in convertible securities.

Principal Investment Strategies :
Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in convertible securities, and in derivatives and other instruments that have economic characteristics similar to such securities. The Fund may invest in securities of any market capitalization or credit quality, and may from time to time invest a significant amount of its assets in securities of smaller companies.

The Fund may appeal to you if:

  • you seek a high level of current income
  • you seek stability of principal more than growth of capital
  • you are a long-term investor
