| + Effective May 1, 2005, the Adviser has contractually agreed to waive its investment advisory fees and/or to reimburse expenses of the Fund to the extent necessary to maintain the Total Annual Operating Expenses (excluding brokerage, interest, taxes, and extraordinary expenses) at no more than 2.00%, 2.75%, 2.75%, and 1.75% for Class A, B, C, and Class I Shares, respectively. In addition, the Fund has agreed, during the two-year period following any waiver or reimbursement by the Adviser, to repay such amount to the extent, that after giving effect to the repayment, such adjusted Total Annual Operating Expenses would not exceed 2.00%, 2.75%, 2.75%, and 1.75% on an annualized basis for Class A, Class B, Class C, and Class I Shares, respectively. Prior to May 1, 2005, the Adviser had contractually agreed to waive its investment advisory fees and/or reimburse expenses to the extent necessary to maintain Total Operating Expenses (excluding brokerage, interest, taxes and extraordinary expenses) at no more than 1.50% for Class AAA Shares. In addition, during the two-year period following any waiver or reimbursement by the Adviser, the Fund has agreed to repay such amount to the extent that after giving effect to the repayment, such adjusted Total Annual Operating Expenses would not exceed 1.50% on an annualized basis for the Class AAA Shares. This fee waiver arrangement may be increased or decreased at any time.
