** The Adviser has contractually agreed to waive its investment advisory fees and/or to reimburse expenses of the Fund to the extent necessary to maintain the Total Annual Operating Expenses (excluding brokerage, interest, taxes, and extraordinary expenses) at no more than 1.00% for Class AAA, A, and C. This arrangement is in effect until December 31, 2016.
In addition, the Fund has agreed, during the two-year period following any waiver or reimbursement by the Adviser, to repay such amount to the extent, that after giving effect to the repayment, such adjusted Total Annual Operating Expenses would not exceed 2.00%, 2.00%, and 2.75% on an annualized basis for Class AAA, Class A, and Class C.
The Fund invests in foreign securities which involves risks not ordinarily associated with investments in domestic issues, including currency fluctuation, economic and political risks. Small capitalization stocks are subject to significant price fluctuations and business risks. The stocks of smaller companies may trade less frequently and experience more abrupt price movements than stocks of larger companies; therefore, investing in this sector involves special challenges.
The Fund's share price will fluctuate with changes in the market value of the Fund's portfolio securities. Stocks are subject to market, economic and business risks that cause their prices to fluctuate. When you
sell Fund shares, they may be worth less than what you paid for them. Consequently, you can lose
money by investing in the Fund.
